  • Free- and diffuse-field correction

Applications

  • Measurements for assuring health protection
  • Sound insulation measurements
  • Frequency analysis of industrial and environmental noise

The SC420 is an easy-to-use Class 1 integrating sound level meter. It may be used as a sound level meter or a real-time spectrum analyzer. The applied filters comply with Class 1. All levels are measured simultaneously. The measured values serve as basis for the calculation of the main acoustic parameters. The pre-amplifier may be operated remotely using an extension cable, which is supplied as an accessory.

The free CESVA Lab software allows you to retrieve the measurement data storage via microSD card. Furthermore individual set-ups can be created for the SC420 and transferred to the instrument. The software also includes graphical representation of all measured data in several graphs and playback of sound events. CESVA Lab includes extensive report and export features. For further information please refer to SC420.
